On January 14, 2025, HUD announced the award of over $100 million in funding under the FY24 with 18 winners benefitting communities across the 15 States to cut red tape, build more homes, and lower the costs of renting and buying a home. These competitive funds – delivered in record time – are provided through HUD’s Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) program, to remove barriers to local housing production.
