As the Chief of Human Resources for the School District of Palm Beach County, Tim oversees multiple departments, including Recruitment and Retention, Labor Relations, HR Operations, Professional Standards, Professional Development, Leadership Development, and Compensation and Employee Information Systems. Tim’s team focuses on providing resources to attract, develop, and retain high-quality employees for the district’s 182 schools and multiple departments.
Prior to serving as the Chief of Human Resources for the nation’s tenth-largest school district and largest employer in Palm Beach County, Tim served as the District’s Director of Labor Relations and Chief Negotiator. Mr. Kubrick began his career in education as an elementary teacher with the District in 2001.
Mr. Kubrick has served as a leader for Palm Beach County Schools for many years, and he believes that Human Resources is at the heart of everything we do to support our community and, most importantly, the 170,000 students throughout our schools.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University of
Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Lynn University. Most recently, Tim completed a Labor Relations Leadership program with Cornell University.
Tim lives with his wife and two children in Lake Worth, FL.
