A near-native of Palm Beach County, Elliott Johnson actively engages the growing challenges that many in our community experience in their search for financially attainable housing. He serves as Chair of the Public Policy Committee for the Housing Leadership Council of Palm Beach County, is an active member of the Palm Beach County Housing Steering Committee, and enjoys service as a member of Palm Beach County’s Commission on Affordable Housing.
Elliott brings a broad range of experience in construction management and real estate development, being directly responsible for the successful construction of hundreds of structures in Florida, the Bahamas, and throughout the Southeast United States, leading projects ranging in scope from fast-track production housing and ocean-front estates, to the construction of in-fill urban office buildings and medical facilities. As someone committed to living for something larger than self, Elliott is committed to constructively contributing to healthy, sustainable community growth for the benefit of all.
Elliott serves as President of ManorHouse Construction, LLC, and Elysium Land Development, LLC, organizing and directing the strategic vision and day-to-day operations to drive their shared vision of bringing high-quality housing solutions to all, and driving any effort designed to improve the community through a focus on sustainable solutions for residents challenged with finding home affordability.
Elliott is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University (BBA), and is licensed in the state of Florida as a certified general contractor and real estate broker.
