This award honors a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or certified CHDO developer demonstrating leadership in creating or supporting workforce/affordable housing. It recognizes a proven track record of overcoming development challenges while maintaining a mission-driven focus and delivering impactful housing programs, educational initiatives, or innovative solutions to complex housing issues.
The award recipient should have a proven capacity as a trusted steward of public and charitable funding. Such accomplishments within the time period of January 1, 2024 to March 1, 2025 will be given greater weight in selecting awardees in this category.
