This award recognizes a private, for-profit organization that has been instrumental in developing one or more successful workforce/affordable housing developments.
The award recipient should be a developer and/or operator of such housing communities, but also an advocate instrumental in leading regional efforts that improve the region’s quality of life through workforce/affordable housing initiatives that have been developed and substantially completed within the time period of January 1, 2024 to March 1, 2025.
