The Housing Heroes Awards recognizes individuals, organizations and municipalities who have demonstrated a commitment to the improvement of housing, as evidenced by their passion, their housing development projects or their advocacy for increased workforce/affordable housing in Palm Beach County.

Housing Impact Award
This award recognizes an individual, municipality or organization demonstrating outstanding commitment, effectiveness, and/or creativity in meeting housing-related needs through one or more projects or specific programs over an extended period of time or a career.
For-Profit Developer of the Year
This award recognizes a private, for-profit organization that has been instrumental in developing one or more successful workforce or affordable housing developments.
Not-for-Profit Developer of the Year
This award honors a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or CHDO leader for advancing affordable housing and mission-driven solutions to housing challenges.
